The customer is responsible for all damage caused by him. Egypt Best Holidays will in no event be liable vis-à-vis the Client for death, injury, illness, damage, delay, or loss of any property. All excursions, trips, activities, tours, or others made by another that our agency will release completely our responsibility.
In case of disputes or problems during the trip, the Customer must immediately inform the representative of Egypt Best Holidays and the offices of our agency so we can remedy the problem. The vast majority of cases can be resolved instantly without a problem. Any claim relating to a benefit can not be taken into account if you do not reverse it in due time to our agency.
The reservation was made by the customer under the conditions mentioned. It will constitute the full terms of the agreement between the customer and the company.

For all cancellations, it is mandatory to inform us BEFORE your trip and as soon as possible.
