Day 1: Marsa Alam - Aswan
Day 1: Marsa Alam - Aswan

After pickup from your hotel in Marsa Alam, you’ll be transferred to Aswan to board your Nile cruise. Start with a delicious lunch on board and head off to visit the High Dam, a rock-filled dam at the northern border between Egypt and Sudan Then, see the stone quarries of ancient Egypt, which contain an unfinished obelisk. Finally, visit the Philae Temple Complex, which was nearly lost under water when the high Aswan dam was built in the 1960s. After dinner on board, enjoy a Nubian Folkloric Show. Optional Tour to Abu Simbel ( From 4 AM till noon time ) After lunch, continue on to visit the Kom Ombo temples, an unusual double temple constructed during the Ptolemaic dynasty. Start day three by visiting Edfu temple, one of the best-preserved shrines in Egypt. Enjoy lunch on board while you sail to Esna, where you can enjoy some free time in the afternoon. See the Mortuary Temple of Queen Hatsheput, considered one of the most important monuments of ancient Egypt. see the Colossi of Memnon, two massive stone statues of a seated Pharaoh Amenhotep III visit the Karnak Temple Complex, a vast mix of decayed temples, chapels, and other buildings. Finish your tour with a visit to the Luxor Temple, where many of the pharaohs of Egypt were crowned. Then, you’ll be driven back to Marsa Alam, admiring Egypt’s landscapes along the way.
